Chapel Hill is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chapel Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Ruvo was exceptional at providing compassionate, caring as well as being competent in informed me of exactly what to expect with the tooth extraction and treatment for getting an implant! I was an anxious patient who had experienced dental trauma and he listened, explained everything that would/ could be expected in following through. In this age of hurry up and get it done Dr. Ruvo was an example of being a calm unhurried presence throughout the procedure and follow up!

My experience with OMSA and Dr. Ruvo started last week with a fantastic initial call with Lauren (correct spelling?) who works at their Chapel Hill office. She was so pleasant and patient to speak to, and then she was able to hook me up with my initial consultation appt. with Dr. Ruvo faster than expected due to a cancellation. My first appt. with Dr. Ruvo earlier this week was great. His chair-side manner is exceptional. He is super cordial and made me feel at ease. He is also a really good listener. Everyone I interacted with at their Durham office from the admin. staff to the clinical personnel etc., were friendly. I saw Dr. Ruvo again for the procedure I needed this morning, and he was compassionate and caring as was his assistant, Cheyenne (spelling?). I have 100% confidence in Dr. Ruvo, whose professional credentials are impeccable. I highly recommend him for those needing an elite level oral surgeon.

Dr. Ruvo removed my son's wisdom teeth and from the first appointment through the surgery and the follow-up appointment, Dr Ruvo was thorough and professional and answered all of our questions. The surgery went very smooth and my son had no complications and had a very quick recovery time. Dr. Ruvo took very good care of my son and has a calm way of caring for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.
